Does Ventura 13 allow for merging of duplicate photos? I have a 2019 iMac aRetina 4K, 21.5 inch. I can do this with he new operating system only phone, but can't figure out how to do it on my iMac. Since my photos are in the cloud, they all come back to my phone.
You may need to wait awhile for Photos to finish analyzing to find the duplicates. See the previous reply from Léonie, who knows much more about Photos than I do, in another discussion: Find duplicate photos using Ventura - Apple Community

I looked for that, but Duplicates does not appear in my sidebar under photos or under albums.
Tthe duplicate button should be found in the "Utilities" tab. I do know the button will disappear once you delete (merge) the dups
