Wifi and Cellular
Is there anyway I can make my iPad Air 4 that's Wi-Fi only, Wi-Fi and Cellular? Either by and update or taking it to the apple store without having to buy a new one.

You/Apple cannot add hardware capability after the initial purchase.
See if your wireless provider offers a mifi device/portable
wifi device. You may also purchase a 3rd party portable
wifi device if your cellular provider supports it.
