I have an iPad Air 4. After updating to iPad os 16 my iPad didnt got a stage manager app. Can someone help?

The new Stage Manager feature is only available to these models of iPad:
- iPad Air (5th generation)
- iPad Pro 11-inch (all generations)
- iPad Pro 12.9-inch (3rd generation and later)
