I withdraw this question. I rebooted the router and can now get access to the mgmt utility.

Airport Express I am trying to connect an airport express to an already established internet account through xfinity to expand the area of wireless. I am using my phone or computer to set up. The AE flashes amber. I go into my Airport Utility and it says no airport base stations have been found. I have googled and followed various directions ie. resetting the AE by holding the reset button, plugging in in a different area of the house and using an iPhone or Mac to get the AE connected. Thoughts please? Do I need to call the Geek Squad or do I have the wrong device for this project?
