Another device using IP address.

when I tried to connect internet with my iMac, it shows that "another device on the network is using your computer's IP address". How can I solve this problem?

I followed instructions given when someone previously asked but it’s still giving me this error and not allowing me to get on internet.

I don’t have a router. We’re connected with fiber and WiFi
