Mac log in issue

When I update number and log in with my account/password, however it fail all the time.

What I finding

1.this Mac is first used by my previous colleagues and log in with her Apple ID, I log in the Mac with my Apple ID, it’s all okay but fail for update app as it need log in , however it pop up my previous collage Apple ID and fail

what can I do to fix this issue
