Where is the dark appearance dims wallpaper feature in iOS16?

Hi, I just upgrade to iOS16. I notice that the "dark appearance dims wallpaper" option is no longer available in Preference-Wallpaper, the pref. page is replaced by Apple new designed Wallpaper pair.

The wallpapers which have high contrast looks poor in the night, when Night mode is ON.

Can you consider to add it back in the coming iOS16 version? It's really important for me, also I believe for millions of iOS users.
