In-app purchase

I am trying to make an in-app purchase, but will only allow me to use the credit card associated with the family sharing account that I am apart of (credit card is not mine). Is there any way around this?

Nevermind I believe I just found the answer to my question so disregard this. Is somewhat ridiculous that I cannot choose between either my account balance or the credit card

okay thanks, how bout if its just asking for verification...A. will it use my account balance upon receiving verification, and B. will it send a receipt to the organizer of the family sharing account? Not a huge deal just a little embarrassing what I am buying so would like keep it under the radar if possible
