I need to update my old Yosemite OS for 2015 Macbook Pro. What mac OS should I use that supports boot camp for Windows OS? Currently, with the Yosemite OS it comes with boot camp that supports Windows 8.1. But now I am prompted to upgrade to a newer version of Mac OS thus I am looking for something that is compatible to have partition for Windows as well. Any thoughts on this?

The Mac App store is used indirectly to obtain software upgrades. Unless/until you install MacOS 10.11 El Capitan, you are using a version of the Mac App Store that is too old to get any upgrades except 10.11 El Capitan.
