Slow files opening in Apple apps on iPhone 13

As in title. Suddenly (I think it was before updating to ios16) my files in numbers or pages started to load very slowly. (Small files like 300kb)

No idea what the reason is. Non apple apps works fine.

Any ideas?

Files app not opening files on iPhone I rely on the files app for work but recently it just doesn't work. You can see files in the app but usually they just dont open. When they do eg showing file names or thumbnails they will not open. Really frustrating. any ideas appreciated before I go to Android. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

I updated it manually in AppStore and it works fine now. But weird that these apps weren’t on the updates list.
