iPad Air M1 not using extended display
Ipad air M1 running ios16.1 and with a magic keyboard but only mirrors screen to second display, doesn’t allow to extend display after stage manager is on, why?

Basic screen mirroring should be available to an external TV or connected monitor with iPadOS 16.1. However, Stage Manager support for external monitors is not yet available - this feature being planned for release later in the iPadOS16 lifecycle.
