My mac book air has been off for about 7 months. Now restarting, no power at all, can't turn on. Is it battery problem? or damage?

Hi,

You'd better take your MacBook Air to your local retail AppleStore, Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro there before one year limited warranty is expired.
