I cannot turn off the voice in typing text on my I Phone XR

Well, it does it because you turned it on, it is never a default. Go to Settings/accessibility/Spoken Content/Typing Feedback and turn off all the switches.

Hold the Side button and say “turn off voiceover”. Or say “Hey Siri, turn off voiceover”.
It is already turned off
I’ve tried everything and read all the answers I could find on the web and I still cannot find how to turn it off except turning the volume down..
How are all off
I have turned off everything I know to turn off and the voice I still Hear the talking when I text, I can turn the sound off and then I don’t hear it..
