Permanently Closed location on Apple Maps
My active business location is shown as 'Permanently Closed' on Apple Maps yet the location is not closed. This status is hurting my business traffic! How can I change this status?
I can't do this as I don't use an Apple phone or computer. I've had my son and a staff member both do this and try to update our hours but the issue isn't being changed but whoever administers the site. I've also asked corporate DQ to investigate and still the problem persists. It's very frustrating that someone can affect the success of my business like this and take no action or accountability to make things right and correct the error.
