I were using 50gb plan which is upgraded 5Gb and paying 75/- monthly but at now its is now showing when i am going to upgrade my plan from 5GB to 50GB the. There is only showing 2 plans where is 200Gb and 2TB instead off 50GB. Can you please let me know it there any bug or discontinued the plan.

It does appear the 50 GB plan is still available: iCloud+ plans and pricing.
We aren't clear why you aren't able to access this plan if you are back on the 5 GB plan. If you have restarted your device and it still isn't showing up, we'd advise contacting Apple Support to look further into it.
