MXF Video without Sound, how to match with XML File?

Hej hej,

I made Videos for a Friend with the Camcorder Sony PXW-X70.

The Video File on the SD Card is MXF and after every Video Clip I can see a XML File.

The Videos are without sound and I think the sound is in the XML File.

I already tried to import the XML File into Final Cut Pro 10.6.4 but the Program doesn't see the XML File.

Does anyone have an idea how to get the sound back on the videos?

Hope you can help me :)

thank you very much for every answer!

There are four audio chanels in the clip, but they appear to be silent.

I am not familiar with the particular camera. Is it possible that they were recorded, for example, selecting an audio source that was off or not available, like an external mic, instead of one built into the camera?

Did you try playing back those clips in camera? Do they play with audio?

Do other clips recorded with the same camera play with audio?
