How do I get my weather app back to English? Idk how or why mine is in Arabic. And I can’t read that language to switch it back to English

I do not see the globe icon

Based on your screenshot, you are in the Weather app.

You need to go to Settings -> scroll to & tap Weather -> then you will see the Globe.

Go to the settings for the weather app and try switching the language in the Globe icon area

You don't look at the app, you go to Settings / Weather.
