the "resting" rate is stuck on my apple watch. Can't get to "current"

Apple Watch Series 7 stopped counting heart rate. I didn't use apple watch for like a month or so and now it's not counting the heart rate. It is stuck on "93 BPM, 35 days ago" I tried everything that is recommended here - My heart rate monitor suddenly quit worki… - Apple Community I also factory reset, forced restart my Apple watch a few times - set as a new watch, restore from backup etc., tried with my other iphone etc., none of it worked. No warranty left either. Any other ideas? :)
