I got new iPhone 11 from my friend from her work but her manager left for year and left account on it there no way to contact them.

Then you will never be able to use that device yourself. The only person who can remove activation lock would be the person who’s AppleID is signed into the device now. Without their cooperation, you will never be able to remove activation lock on that device.
