Hi, I just bought a IPad Pro with apple care last week.

Would like to know if I can get all refund included apple care fees?

You have 14 days to return the iPad for full refund. You can also cancel the AppleCare+ plan and Apple will refund a prorated portion of the price, which if you bought it last week, will be almost 100% of the price. Here are two links:
