My watch only shows the apple logo, won't connect or perform any other functions.

My watch will only show the apple logo. I have tried the hard reset without any luck.

I'm afraid, you'll have to get the Apple Watch serviced. Check this article about how to do that:

My Apple Watch will only show the Apple logo. My Apple Watch will only show the Apple logo. Got it for Christmas tries to pair it, had to update then after update, stuck on Apple logo even after pushing both side buttons for force a hard reset.
