Voice to text not working

Siri and voice to text is not working on my iPhone. It has not worked for weeks. I’ve installed all of the updates

Voice texting not working I'm currently running on ios16.0 on an iPhone12. I cannot voice text with the microphone, nor is Siri responding. When I say "Hey Siri" the circle appears, but the only response I get is "on it" and then it times out. Any suggestions?
