new air won't connect to internet through wifi

Our new air won't connect to the internet through our wifi. No other devices have an issue.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.6

Some trouble shooting steps:

Is wifi turned on?

Did you configure wifi in System Preferences?

Power cycle your router.

Boot in safe mode.

Aainflight - no internet connection. I travel often for work and I’ve never had an issue getting on the plane’s wifi until recently. I can get on with my laptop with no issue. I can do emails, watch movies, everything works. With my IPhone I can connect to the wifi, but it says “no internet connection” and nothing works. Has anyone experienced this? iPad 2 won't connect to wifi My old iPad 2 will not connect to wifi. It was working until we had to get a new router and now it won't connect. Everything else connects to it just fine. We have xfinity.

WiFi is connected but no internet, M2 Air Hi, I have an M2 Air (less than a month). I noticed a problem with WiFi 2 days ago. When it turns on from sleep, there is no internet connection although its connected to WiFi. I restarted it and the router, but no benefit. It took the device (after reboot) around 5 minutes to get internet access. My other devices are connected to the same WiFi without any problem. Any suggestions for the problem?

Tried all of these, on the last step of booting in safe mode and it is finally updating the OS. Thank you! Hope this solves the issue.
