Wrist temperatures

My watch doesn’t record wrist temperature no matter what I do. I have tried all the ways with sleep schedule and focus, but no success yet. I got one day when I first got it and it’s been two weeks since then. I even tried lying still until my scheduled wake up time fearing focus will turn off. Still says need 4 more nights. Did anyone successfully get past this? Is there a rule to get it to work exactly?

Hi enkhee07,

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! If you are seeing a messages that says "Available after 4 more nights" when you go to the Health app on your iPhone > Body Measurements > Wrist Temperature, you will need to wear your watch overnight consistently until that number reaches zero to begin measurements.

The article you came from Track your nightly wrist temperature changes with Apple Watch - Apple Support contains the most accurate information to assist with tracking this data.

Have a good one!
