My wife’s workouts on the Pelton app are showing up on my Apple Watch and activity app. How do I disconnect it because it is throwing off my calorie count etc.

Are you sharing an Apple ID?
No. I was troubleshooting an issue with the Peleton bike for her, launched the Peleton app on my phone, with her account information, and my phone and watch was populated with her data.

Remove the app from your phone. When you do so, you should get an alert asking you if you also want to delete the app's data from Health. Select yes.
