Everything is updated. I have never had the choice of a memoji on the ipad, just the phone. I would like to use them in email on the ipad.

only ipad pro have that
But as Rudegar said your Ipad does NOT have Face ID so it does not have memoji.

and it works with the iphone which have Face ID that is required to use memojis?
My iPad is 4th gen Air. I guess that’s not enough. I should have the pro, right?
