I can’t receive my emails on my iPad

I can’t receive my emails on my iPad. A window comes up and says Cannot Get Mail, Comcast is currently unavailable. I have changed my Comcast password. I have deleted email account on my iPad and started over with the new Comcast password. Nothing.

what can I do now?
