I have exchange ai working on multiple deices but not my iMac running 10.13.6
it just says can't verify username and password. occasionally I get the option to enter server addresses but this doesn't solve the problem e.g. outlook.office365.com

Same issue here. Working just fine on 10.13.6 for years, then this morning it suddenly stopped working. Can't verify username and password. Any luck so far?

Haven't used Exchange since about '95, se if this might be it...
