Yes you did. The Apple TV+ subscription does not turn on by itself. The user has to apply, accept the terms and conditions, supply a method of payment, all before the subscription begins. So you or someone in your household took action to do this. Another possibility is that you or someone in your household took advantage of the three month trial subscription after purchasing a qualifying Apple product. After the free three month trial period billing begins unless the user takes action to cancel there subscription.
