Is there any way I can connect my macbook air to two displays?

My Macbook is 2020 macbook air (M1), is there any way I can connect it to two external displays?

No.

From the M1 specs:

"Simultaneously supports full native resolution on the built-in display at millions of colors and:

One external display with up to 6K resolution at 60Hz"
