Tax free in Netherlands

Hi! I live in Turkey and have a plan to go to Amsterdam nex month. I will buy a new iphone from there. I want to get my tax back. I read an article online. When I buy from online shop, I can get my tax back from apple directly. While leaving the EU, I will be stamped my bill the i will send you via e mail. When we usu global blue or other cooperation for tax refund, they get comission :(
