Screenshot from HDR video washed out
Is anyone experiencing an issue when taking a screenshot from HDR video - it appears to be washed out and the colors do not match. This is happening with macOS Monterrey and an M1 laptop.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. Your screenshot color should match the color profile of the display on which they were captured. Are you playing your videos on an external monitor or your MacBook built-in display when this occurs? If an external display, test on your MacBook display or with another external display to see what happens there.
You can also Change your Mac display’s color profile - Apple Support. Try the following from that article:
1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu> System Preferences, then click Displays
.
2. Click the Color Profile pop-up menu, then choose the profile you want to use.
If needed, you can also edit the image using the guidance from Modify image colors in ColorSync Utility on Mac - Apple Support.
