Apple ID when I log into iCloud says too many accounts have been created

I keep getting an error that too many accounts maxed out for iCloud can’t login

iPhone 11, iOS 16

In that case you'll have to create this new Apple ID on another device, for example your computer.

After that you should be able to use this Apple ID on the device that gave you the error message.
