My problem is.When I did sign up my account. My country ( Aruba,Dutch Caribbean)is not included in countries setup.That cause apple do not regocnise my credit card. Please help, help,s.o.s

There is no 'international' gift card. A gift card must be redeemed in the same country to which the purchasing Apple ID account belongs.

Your additional problem is that from your description Aruba does not seem to be recognised as a territory for the purposes of setting up an Apple ID Account or a valid payment method.
