Can you use the 30W USB-C Power Adapter safely on an iPhone 14 Pro?

I was planning on getting the iPhone 14 Pro for myself. I was wondering if the 30W USB-C Power Adapter can be used on it to trigger fast charging. What power adapter should I use for USB-C to lightning if it isn't?

Can I safely use the 29W adapter for fast charging my iPhone 13? I just got a new iPhone 13, and I have got q 5W USB power adapter and a 29W USB C power adapter from my old MacBook. This adapter is fine. Note the iPhone 14 Pro is listed under “Compatibility” in the link you supplied.
