trying to back up my iphone to my computer but my screen is broken and I can't

"trust" the computer.

backing up iPhone with Mac when screen is black. hi. my iPhone screen is black but I think it recognizes when I touch smh, it just doesn't show me the screen. I have a lot of photos on my phone so I have to get a back up. The iPhone's screen will need to be repaired before you will be able to back up the phone.

Be sure to take the phone to an Apple Store or authorized Apple Repair shop to repair the screen.
