Is anyone else having problems with AirPod Gen 3s? My left AirPod could be charged at 100% just like the Right AirPod and I won’t use it, but when I go to use it it’s from 100% to 0% completely dead, and usually won’t charge unless I connect the charger wire to the case. and yes the AirPod’s are clean, yes I’ve reset them. You don’t even hear the click in your ear when touching them.

Do you find this happens when using only the right AirPod and then returning for the left one or is it happening when the right one is in the case as well? Additionally, are you checking the charge percentages on your device?
Check the charge status
If you have AirPods or AirPods Pro, open the case lid with your AirPods inside and hold your case close to your iOS device. If you have AirPods Max, open the Smart Case and hold your case close to your iOS device. You should see a charging icon next to the battery icon under your AirPods.

Try turning off "Optimize Battery Charging" in the AirPods settings. I find it does funky things to the charge levels between the 2 AirPods sometimes. It works ok most of the time for me, but I usually have a fairly irregular schedule that probably does help too.
