Preview full screen theme color on Mac

I was trying to adjust the full screen theme color from the super-grey into a relatively bright one. I can fully do the background color before "Enter Full Screen", even though it's not very useful in terms of reading the pdf file with its own color. But when I was under the full-screen mode, the theme color is so dark and it's not editable.

This is not a problem before the recent two or three updates. Apple team, please FIX this issue. I want to have control on the theme color of Preview even I am in the Full Screen focused mode, I want it brighter!! Thanks.

Good day sunhappyzxy,

To be sure we’re on the same page, are you following the directions in Change a window’s background color in Preview on Mac when changing the background color for the Preview app?

Change a window’s background color in Preview on Mac
Preview shows a gray background behind PDFs and images. In a PDF or image, you see the background if you expand the window larger than the size of the document; in an image, you can also see the background through any transparent sections. You can change the background color.

1. In the Preview app on your Mac, choose Preview > Preferences, then click General.
2. Click the “Window background” color well, then choose a color.

Thanks.
