Notifications Silenced

I an at the point where I’m going to switch to a non apple phone if this isn’t resolved. I have NO focus settings. I am not on DND. I am not sharing focus settings across all devices. My Apple Watch and iPad are not on DND and neither have focus settings. I am sick and tired of my contacts asking me why my notifications are silenced when they are not. This is ridiculous. I have restarted. I have updated to the latest software. And again, I have no focus set. All were deleted. This is clearly a bug. Fix it.
