How can I see more than 10 transactions on Apple Pay Wallet?

This is more of an answer / workaround as i wasn't able to respond to a previous question on this.

On the apple pay wallet you can only see the previous 10 or so transactions, which is quite annoying as it contains more data than a bank statement e.g. time / location.

You can use spotlight search to find specific transactions which are much older - search by currency / vendor etc and they come up - you can click on them to reveal transaction info as well, which means that info is being stored somewhere - shame apple dont make it easier to find.
