Firstly, make sure you have tried the steps Apple describes in If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
If that fails, use the link at the foot of that support document to contact Apple Support. The link will take you directly to the View, change, or cancel subscriptions page with options to contact Apple's support team.
