Cellular issue detected after updating to iOS 16.0.3

Recently i have updated my iPhone 12 pro max from iOS 15.7 to iOS 16.0.3. I’m from bangladesh. Now I’m unable to use my phone. But everytime i force restart my phone it works for few hours with 1 or 2 bars of mobile network. Wifi working good.
