3 finger copy/paste/undo/redo

How do I turn off the 3 finger copy/paste bar that appears when I tap with 3 fingers? It is very annoying, especially when I play some of my games.

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 16

How to turn off switching between apps with finger swiping? I play a lot of rythm games. three finger tap undo bar I play a lot of rhythm games on my iphone 13 pro max, i was playing a game and noticed that when you tap with three fingers it causes a little bar with some “copy” “paste” “cut” “undo” and “redo” buttons and whenever I try to hit a triple note in game it pops up, negating the click, which become problematic for many rhythm games that require a triple tap. The bar hasnt come useful in writing yet, as selecting then copying is far more of an easier option and shake to undo is also and easier option so this addition is just kind of annoying
