Iphone 13 pro randomly restarts on its own

My iphone 13 has been restarting on its own since 3 days ago, it usually happens when the charger is in there is about 15 minutes of time difference between every restart and they happen within 30 seconds if i open the photos app. I’ve checked system logs and found this.
