Has the problem with the sensor not working through tattoos been resolved with series 8 or Ultra versions?

The guidance on tattoos hasn't changed since the announcement of Apple Watch Series 8 and Apple Watch Ultra:
Permanent or temporary changes to your skin, such as some tattoos, can also impact heart rate sensor performance. The ink, pattern, and saturation of some tattoos can block light from the sensor, making it difficult to get reliable readings.
