How to connect to the App Store from Iran?

hi , I live in Iran and as you may know, the government of Iran has filterd all international sites and limited the networks ,now I need to upgrade my MacBook system to solve my iPhone problem but because of the filtering I could not connect to App Store and download VPN for connecting to net.

pls help me and say how can I connect to App Store in this condition?
