The subject was that i ordered 2 i phone 14 pro max and i want them to deliver it before 1st of november due i will be on leave and i will not be available in UAE.

Look i will yell you something from more than one week i tried to contact someone to solve this issue and everytime they told me its not the right person so i will send an email to customer service and i will explain for them everything and its such a bad service from apple team

Apple does what they can- there are many shortages, labor problems, and shipping problems. And, as I said, there is absolutely nothing we can do- we do not work for Apple and are just customers like you.
The only way to get one when you want it is if you go to the store and buy one that is in stock.
There is no "right" person at Apple to help you with this. They have to fulfill all the people who ordered before you then they can send yours to you. If something happens that allows them to build more phones than logistics predicts and they can fill all the ones before you then you might get yours before November 1. If not it will be within your date range. They are not going to move your order in front of people who ordered before you.
The people who handle the logistics are not available to the public and Apple is notoriously secretive. If you knew you were not going to be available to take delivery and that is a problem for you then you should have cancelled the order. You can still do so.
Unfortunately we are not Apple support and have no way to influence orders or shipping times. You need to contact Apple.

Do note, there is no way to force the delivery to happen earlier than the estimated date you were given.
What delivery range did they give you when your ordered?
They gave me from 4 to 5 weeks and on delivery time i will not be available in UAE
They should have given you a one week time frame such as October17 - 24th
So i need your support to deliver my order before 1st of november.

You might get lucky and get it on the 1st or maybe earlier. But there is no way for you or us to impact it.
