Transfer videos from MacBook Air to external drive that were used by Windows

Is it possible to transfer videos from MAC to external drive that were used by Windows?

If the drive is formatted as FAT32, only if the individual files are smaller than 4GB.

If the drive is formatted as exFAT, yes.

If the drive is formatted as NTFS, only if software to enable that has been installed on the Mac.
