Final Cut Pro keeps adding 360º Transform to every clip i add to my timeline

I have no idea why Final Cut Pro keeps doing this, but every clip I add to my timeline has the 360º Transform button checked. It's really frustrating to have to manually uncheck the 360º option for every clip I add to my timeline. I have no idea why the program is doing this as I never asked for that setting. But its slowing me down. Thank you in advance to anyone who knows how to disable this by default.

Thank you Tom and thank you Luis. Sorry, I just discovered what the issue was: in the project settings panel, I didn't see that Projection Type was set to 360º Monoscopic when it should have been set to Normal.

All good now, thanks again, 😀

Sorry I spoke too soon. The problem persists. I now create a new project and make sure that setting is unchecked, and still the new clips I add get that distorted fisheye 360º look. I keep having to manually uncheck every single clip I drop into my timeline.
