Apple watch Series 8 not Pairing

Thank you, I found a solution, what I did

1. From my iPhone Setting I signed out my iCloud ID/Apple ID.
2. Signed in back to my iCloud ID/Apple ID
3. Then tried pairing with my phone.

and it worked 🥰

Thank you for reply, but I can only follow these steps once my watch is paired with phone and I can get to the watch setting, but my problem is the watch is new and while pairing to my phone i face with this problem.
